About Youd
Youd is Al Ahly Sabbour's coastal community in Ras El Hekma, built on a series of terraced elevations reaching 42 meters above sea level so that roughly 70% of units enjoy a sea view. Spread across 164 feddan with a 1,050-meter shoreline, the project dedicates 88% of its land to open space and natural landscaping.
