Ramla is Marakez's Ras El Hekma destination, designed by global firm WATG across roughly 400 acres with a 1.4 km beachfront. The masterplan is organized into distinct neighborhoods — Oasis, Dunes, Breeze, The Grove, Bougainvillea, and Acacia — each with its own character around shared lagoons and a sports campus.
