About Mar Bay
Mar Bay North Coast is Al Marasem Development's hotel-grade coastal community in Ras El Hekma, designed with architect Yasser Al Beltagy (YBA) and international firm Sites International. Spanning 640 acres with over 80% dedicated to green space and lakes, the project uses a terraced layout so the majority of its standalone villas, twin houses, townhouses and chalets face the sea.
