About D Bay
D Bay North Coast is Tatweer Misr's second coastal landmark, designed with Italian firm Gianluca Peluffo & Partners on a terraced masterplan that gives every unit a sea, lagoon, or landscape view. Spanning 200 acres with an 800-meter beachfront, the village mixes lagoon-front villas, beach villas, townhouses and seaside condos around 25 acres of crystal lagoon.
